Construction of private Beach Villa Pools, integrating new pools into existing luxury villas with minimal disruption to resort operations.
The challenge
Building private pools into existing beach villas on an operating resort, where every villa out of service costs the resort revenue and noise carries to the neighbours.
Our approach
Works ran in blocks of three villas at a time, with one villa on each side kept empty as a noise buffer. Quick finishing let each block be handed back before rolling on to the next.
Outcome
Pools delivered villa by villa with minimal disruption to resort operations, and villas returned to inventory on a rolling basis.
