The challenge
Renovation of the main pool and water villas at an operating resort, with the pool a central guest area and villas occupied around the works.
Our approach
The same rolling block method as Velassaru: a few villas at a time with buffer villas either side, enclosed work areas and loud works timed around guest routines.
Outcome
Main pool and water villas refurbished to a high-end finish and returned to service in stages.
