Alcazar is delivering the civil works for all villas, the back-of-house and temporary facilities, together with the mock-up room, at Baccarat Hotel & Residences Maldives, the first Maldives property of an ultra-luxury international brand. The development comprises 100 beach and overwater villas and 50 private residences.
A large greenfield resort site with civil works for every villa, the back-of-house and temporary facilities running in parallel, all supplied by sea and built to an international ultra-luxury brand's standards.
Phased mobilisation of plant and crews across the island with a dedicated marine logistics plan, and clear sequencing so that villa foundations, back-of-house and temporary works progress without blocking one another.
Civil works are under way across the site, with Alcazar also constructing the mock-up room, back-of-house and temporary facilities.
