Treetop Hospital - Support Building
Full construction and finishing of the office-area extension to the Treetop Hospital support building, carried out alongside the operating hospital.
A short programme to extend the office area of the hospital's support building, while the rest of the hospital stayed in full use. Works had to meet healthcare construction and operating standards, with no disruption to patients, staff or clinical areas.
A clear, fixed timeline backed by round-the-clock work schedules kept the programme on track. Each stage was signed off through quality and standards checks before the next began, so issues were caught early and never carried forward.
Construction and finishing completed to hospital standards and handed over on time, with the rest of the hospital operating normally throughout.
