The challenge
A full finishing package across a city tower as subcontractor, coordinated with the main contractor's programme and trades on a tight Malé site.
Our approach
Floor-by-floor sequencing of internal and external finishes, with close coordination with the main contractor so that following trades were never held up.
Outcome
Finishing works completed two months ahead of programme.
