Year
2022
Renovation of the Deluxe Beach, Lagoon and Ocean Bungalows, with refurbishment of the Beach Pavilion, restoring guest accommodation.
The challenge
Renovation of beach, lagoon and ocean bungalows and the Beach Pavilion inside a fully operating luxury resort, with guests in neighbouring villas throughout.
Our approach
As at Kuda Rah, loud works were aligned to lunch hours when guests were away from their villas, work areas were fully enclosed and screened, and crews moved through the resort on agreed routes and times.
Outcome
Bungalows and the Beach Pavilion handed back to the resort with no interruption to guest operations.
