The scope covers the civil works for all villas across the development, together with the back-of-house, temporary facilities and the mock-up room. The development comprises 100 beach and overwater villas and 50 private residences.
Civil works are now under way on site, with the mock-up room and back-of-house facilities also in construction. Alcazar is coordinating marine logistics, material supply and site sequencing around the wider development programme.
The award follows Alcazar’s turnkey delivery of water villas at NH Maldives Kuda Rah and its civil, structural and marine works at Maarandhoo Resort, and marks the company’s entry into ultra-luxury branded resort construction.
