Full turnkey delivery by Alcazar of a new 50-room luxury boutique hotel on Thoddoo island: a five-storey building with guest-room balconies, screened facades, a rooftop garden, courtyard pool and a planted ground-floor arrival and dining area. Alcazar carries the complete scope from civil and structural works through fit-out, services and landscaping to handover. Contract price USD 4.2 million.

The challenge

A 50-room luxury boutique hotel on an inhabited island, delivered turnkey, where construction has to work alongside the local community and island logistics.

Our approach

Site setup, material supply and working hours planned around the island's daily life, with a compact team and close coordination with the island council.
